Learning to operate from the place of the unknown can help you to explore who you are.
Every few weeks I get my members to come to the mandala meditation session ready to do something different with them.
Not because we need variety. Not because I’m trying to create excitement. But because I want them to get used to operating from a place of uncertainty, unknown, discomfort, risk and willingness for exploration.
We practice it here in the safety of the mandala meditation session. Benefits include:
💫 Finding what you like and don’t like
💫 Getting to know yourself better
💫 Being OK leaning into discomfort
💫 Becoming familiar with operating from a place of unknown and uncertainty
💫 Being able to expand and transfer that experience into other life scenarios
It may seem simple but it’s effective.
And when you’re willing to try new things and do things differently, you can explore who you are and what you like which helps you to feel your way to your purpose.
Try it for yourself. Find something that you can do differently or do something new and see what lessons you can learn about yourself and how you feel about operating from this unknown place.
