It’s suitable for everyone, no matter what your experience with yoga and breathing. All you need is a desire to learn and some comfy clothes. We will practice 1 or 2 light yoga postures. If you have any questions then please ask.
What You Need:
- All things specified above for an online workshop
- A quiet and comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted
- Comfy clothes as we’ll be doing some basic yoga poses and breathing deep
- Yoga mat/block
- Cushions or bolsters as you’ll be sitting on the floor
- Water
