I am Carrie.

Witch, Shamanic coach, Muay Thai fighter, and the woman who will never let you feel sorry for yourself. I created My Morning Routine because I know exactly what it feels like to want a practice and not know where to start. I have been training in shamanism, energy healing, and ancient yogic practices for over a decade.

I am an 18th Degree Grand Master Reiki Healer, a certified life coach, and a professional Muay Thai fighter based in Thailand. I do not teach theory. I teach what I have lived, tested, and know works.

I mix shamanism, magick, psychology, and practicality because that is what actually works. I am not selling you a version of wellness.

I am giving you the tools to choose differently, to become the conscious creator of your own life, and finally become the version of you who did the thing.
