I’m going to teach you how to breathe fully and correctly so that you can maximise the use of your lung capacity to help you increase your creativity, energy and vitality.

As a bonus, breathing fully also helps you to reduce feelings of stress and fear and increases feelings of control in your life, your health and your future. So, it seems worthwhile coming along and learning, right?

I am a 1000 hours trained yoga teacher in the Science of Yoga. I will teach you the fundamental yet essential 3-part breath, also known as Mahat Pranayama in the yogic world. You will get to practice this as I teach.

  • How you can use all 3 parts of your lungs to increase your breath capacity to gain these benefits

It’s suitable for everyone, no matter what your experience with breath work. All you need is a desire to learn and some comfy clothes. We will practice 1 or 2 light yoga postures. If you have any questions then please ask.
